1. Could you introduce yourself?
My name is Favour Chukwuma Daniel Chiemela, popularly known by my stage name Favour Songs. I am a Gospel singer, called to use music as a tool for inspiration, healing, and spiritual upliftment. I am currently based in Lagos, Nigeria, where I continue to grow both personally and musically. I was born on November 6, 2002, in Lagos State, Nigeria. I come from a loving Christian family, and my parents are Mr. and Mrs. Chiemela, who have been a strong source of support and encouragement throughout my life and journey in music.
2. What inspired or motivated you to pursue a career in music?
My biggest inspiration to pursue music comes from my deep love for music itself. From a very young age, music spoke to me in ways words could not. Gospel music, in particular, connected me to God and gave me a sense of purpose. Singing became more than just a hobby; it became a calling. Through music, I found a way to express my faith, emotions, and hope, and that passion naturally pushed me toward choosing music as a career path.
3. When did you officially begin your music career?
I officially began my music journey at the age of 12 years old. At that age, I discovered that music was not just something I enjoyed but something I was meant to do. I started singing seriously in church and at small gatherings, learning and growing with every opportunity. Those early years helped shape my confidence, discipline, and understanding of gospel music.
4. Have you recorded or released any songs? If yes, kindly list all released songs.
At the moment, I have not officially recorded or released any songs. However, this does not stop my passion or preparation. I continue to write, practice, and develop my sound, trusting that the right time and platform will come for me to officially release music that will bless lives.
